About Me

Trish Zito-Smith

realtor, real estate stager

Buying or selling a home is an investment that matters!

Customer service, communication, and experience make me the professional of choice for my clients.

Understanding market trends, local communities, construction, staging techniques, real estate transactions and negotiating skills make me a valued Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Michigan Real Estate agent.

Market trends: Now is the time to buy and a better time to sell!

Local communities: Being involved in community organizations and events make me comfortable in the areas you are interested.

Construction: As a licensed builder and interior designer, I understand form and design, upgrades and costs, good and bad properties.

Staging Techniques: Are what I will use to make the most of your home.

Real Estate Transactions: Our BHHSMI purchase agreements have got you covered.

Negotiating Skills: Years of experience with buyers, sellers, fellow agents and banks.

Fenton homes, Linden real estate, Grand Blanc homes, Oakland county real estate, Genesee county homes, Livingston county real estate are all the areas I cover.

Selling: I offer free staging if needed, great marketing, super service and lots of resources. My goal is to get you the best price for your house in the least amount of time. Staging is often the key. Your happiness is a bonus.

Check out the Stage and Sell tab on the left.

Buying: You will get daily updates on specific properties to fit your desires. New listings, price reductions, history, time on the market and more...are all factors in finding the home you want.

I am on various boards of directors: Founders' Society of Flint Institute of Arts, Michigan Community Services, Pine Lake Forest Board, Zito Construction.
I have been involved with Michigan Special Olympics and Area XIII Special Olympics for many years as a coach and chaperone. I have volunteered for Easter Seals. I contribute to many charitable organizations in either donations or time and always enjoy it. I belong to Genesee County Landlords' Association.

Our office in Fenton is involved with lots of community interests. Toys for Tots, Boots for Kids, 4th of July parade, Backpacks for Kids, are just a few events we help with. We participate in the Fenton Expo and are members of the Fenton Chamber of Commerce.
